AMD’s Radeon RX 5600 series of graphics cards will compete with the strongest Nvidia GeForce 16-series models on the market, such as the GTX 1660 Super and GTX 1660 Ti. An earlier report suggested the December launch of the RX 5600 series GPUs, as well as their availability in the market a few weeks later, reports TechPowerUp.
AMD’s AIB add-on board regulatory listings now provide more information on differences within the RX 5600 series products. The listing reveals Asus reference products from the ROG Strix, TUF Gaming and Dual graphics card lines.
Previous information suggests that the RX 5600 series will use the Navi 10 architecture, but will disable more compute RDNAs than the RX 5700 series, while the GDDR6 memory bus will be reduced to 192-bit for 6GB variants.
