Seamless Subscription Billings

How to Implement Seamless Subscription Billings for Your Customers

Online transactions for the monthly subscriptions of customers is an excellent way of maximising efficiency and convenience. The sheer number of subscribers is difficult enough to monitor regularly—that is, if a systematic payment and billing management system does not exist.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Creating a systematic subscription billings system for customer payments makes it easier for your business to monitor transactions with each customer. It also enables your customers to manage their payments accordingly and avoid missing payment deadlines. A system for billing your subscribers likewise allows you to gauge what modifications or adjustments are needed in the company’s services and payment gateways to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What are some of the tried-and-tested methods businesses can use to execute a user-friendly subscription billing process?

  • Define each subscription package.

Each subscription you offer to your customers is composed of different features and offered at varying rates. Enumerate and provide concise information on the benefits provided for each type of subscription. Doing so gives your customers a complete reference of what they are paying for. Without clearly defining what each subscription package offers, it becomes even difficult to regulate payments and reinforce existing customers’ transactions.

  • Send billing statements on the same date every month.

An effective way of reminding end-users about their subscriptions is to send them their monthly bills on the same date every month. Their billing statement’s uniformity instantly creates a mental association that functions as an unspoken reminder or alarm. As such, customers will no longer feel surprised the moment you send their bill. It gives your customers enough leeway to prepare their payments, too.

  • Create subscription forms and send them across different communication platforms.

Subscription forms entail interested customers or potential subscribers to provide their personal information such as their name, email address, and age. You can use this information to categorise your customers and organise data about your subscribers. You can use this information to monitor trends in subscriptions and devise ways to create more convenient billing methods that adhere to dynamic customer demands.

  • Enlist the services of a subscription payment service.

A subscription payment service prepares a tailor-made system based on the products and services that you offer. It sets up billing options that your customers can choose from, and synchronises payment data of each user with your previous invoices to create analytical graphs and reports. The result is a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that affect the paying behaviours of customers.

  • Be responsive to customer queries

Assign customer service agents to address customer concerns regarding their monthly billing statements. If possible, incorporate a live chat widget on your website and have support representatives to monitor the chats regularly. Quick responses to user concerns help nail down the factors that delay or affect their business transactions. For instance, if a user’s payment is not pushing through to the business’s end, then there could be a problem with the payment gateway system. It is also possible that the customer’s personal information has been phished. Addressing billing concerns reflects professionalism and provides key areas on what else can be improved on the existing billing processes for customer subscriptions.

Working on subscription billings is tricky because it requires maintaining customer satisfaction while ensuring that their experience with the company’s services continues to improve as time goes by. A seamless billing process sets the tone for how customers are likely to boost their subscription or recommend the business to their peers.

Core i9-10850K CPU

Intel Introduced the new Core i9-10850K Processor: A lower 100Mhz frequency than the 10900K and will be around $35 cheaper

Intel introduced a new member of the Comet Lake family today, with the arrival of the Core i9-10850K model

It is a slower but more budget version of the 19 core Core i9-10900K flagship. It has a 100Mhz lower frequency than the 10900K and will be cheaper, about $35 compared to the $488 10900K.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The chip has the same flagship configuration and the same 125-watt power. According to Intel the new chip is built based on customer feedback. Critics say Intel has struggled to reach 10900K and has decided to produce slower, cheaper chips.

The company has encountered trouble in other areas as well. Recently they stated the postponement of 7-nanometer chips with another six months and production will take place only in 2022. The postponement has come as a result of a defect in the production process. Until then Intel will only produce 10-nanometer processors while AMD rivals are already well placed in the 7-nanometer segment and are preparing for the new generation.

Galaxy Z Flip 5G

Galaxy Z Flip 5G Officially Revealed

Will cost $1,449.99 this time, $70 more than the first

We no longer need to wonder about rumors as Samsung makes it official; Galaxy Z Flip 5G will come on August 7, 2020. At first glance, the device is totally the same as its 4G predecessor, and in fact, apart from 5G waves and the Snapdragon 865 Plus processor, nothing has changed.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

However, the support for 5G networks is limited to under 6GHz and there is no support for 5G mmWave. This means that users will only get 20-30% faster speeds compared to 4G/LTE, and will not get the gigabit+ speed that is only possible with 5W mmWave networks.

Samsung has managed to insert a 5G antenna without changing anything externally, but on the other hand, has made adjustments to the system. The “Flex” mode has initially allowed auto programs to be reconfigured to a semi-open screen. YouTube should work properly now with Flex but the camera app should also work from more angles.

The Galaxy Flip was expected to be unveiled at the August 5 event along with Fold and a host of other products, but Samsung seems to be clearing the stage for the real star: Galaxy Note 20.

As for Fold, there are some rumors talking about more significant changes, 5G implementation, new processor, camera improvements, and the same price.

The Samsung Galaxy Flip will go on sale on August 7 in the USA and then across the globe.

3 Tips For Designing a 5-Star Mobile App

To have a successful mobile app, your design has to be practically perfect. With the amount of competition there is out there for downloads, if your app isn’t designed to be both breathtaking and easy to use, there’s little chance that you’ll get the number of downloads that you were hoping for.

So to help you accomplish both of these objectives, here are three tips for designing a five-star mobile app.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Stand Out From Your Competition

Before you start designing your own mobile app, it’s a good idea to learn about other apps that are occupying the same space in the market that your app will be so that you can know how to stand out from your competition.

To learn as much as you can from your research, Hicham Moutahir, a contributor to Medium.com, that you find the best apps to study by first looking at apps that get the most downloads, which apps get the best ratings from their users, and what details are included in any reviews to help you learn more about what the app does right or does wrong. With this information, you should be able to know what you should or shouldn’t do as you’re designing your app in order to go above and beyond what your competitors have done.

Cut Out The Clutter

With the basic knowledge that you’ve gained from your study of other mobile apps, you should then try to lay out how you want your app to look.

In your excitement to build your own mobile app, it’s not uncommon for people to over-design things. To keep you from making this mistake, Nick Babich, a contributor to SmashingMagazine.com, advises that you try to keep your app clear out as much clutter as possible. During your design, try to only include things that have an actual purpose. If there’s a button or a design element that doesn’t absolutely have to be there, it’s probably best to just leave it out.

Make Things As Easy As Possible

Along the same vein as keeping the look of your app as uncluttered as you can, you should also try to make your app easy enough that any person can use.

To help you with this, Ayush of MobileAppDaily.com suggests that you streamline the tasks within your mobile app so that your users have a low cognitive load. What this means is that you don’t want to give your users too much to think about or process on each screen of your app. So if you can lengthen out a process so you’re not requiring too much from your users at one time, it’s best to do so.

If you have an idea for a mobile app, consider using the tips mentioned above as you design it.

The Game of Thrones prequel has been approved by HBO

The selection of actors has begun

Despite the fact that the Game of Thrones finale greatly divided the audience, our time with the Westeros world is not over yet and we will be revisiting it again soon, but this time we will go back in time. HBO has decided to expand the George RR Martin universe even further on television.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

According to a report, the pre-production for “House of the Dragon“, as it is to be titled, has started now, after HBO gave the necessary approval to start the selection of the cast. It is already known that the new universe series of “A Song of Ice & Fire” will consist of 10 episodes, with Ryan Condal as director of the project, while Miguel Sapochnik, director of several episodes of GoT, will take care of the first episode.

In terms of plot, it will be based on Martin’s book, Fire & Blood, which covers the story of the House of Targaryen, almost 300 years before the events we saw at Game of Thrones and yes, there will definitely be dragons.

We also learned who the main characters will be on the screen and they are: King Viserys I, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, Aegon II Targaryen. It will be interesting to find out who will be the actors who will play it.

House of Dragon is expected to launch in 2022.

OnePlus Nord Officially Revealed: A slightly more modest version of the OnePlus 8 starting at 399 euros

As all well-known manufacturers of high-end smartphones were exploring the opportunity to take advantage of the mid-segment, OnePlus prices were gradually rising. It is true that the company never surpassed the $1,000 price tag, but for those who know its history well, they know how far it stands today from the mission it started with: high-end phones at extremely competitive prices.

With the unveiling of the OnePlus Nord model, the company says it is returning to its true mission as it continues its adventure in the high flagship segment. In short, it is not different from the tactics followed by Apple, Google, and Samsung who offer all budget flagships in response to consumer trends.

Back to the origin, the OnePlus Nord was officially unveiled, and if we were to find a general description, this smartphone is simply a slightly more modest version of the OnePlus 8 for a cheaper price starting at of 399 euros.

The product is designed for Europe and for this price the buyer gets a 5G phone with Snapdragon 765G processor. It’s not a real flagship and OnePlus knows this quite well because the more powerful Snapdragon 865 processor is reserved for the OnePlus 8 which costs a few hundred dollars more. Sub-6Ghz 5G and Warp Charge 30T fast charge powered by Snapdragon 765G is the only integral change from OnePlus.

In some aspects, sit has been conservative and in others generous. The design is definitely premium, as is the screen, not at all resembling a mid-range phone we are used to. The 6.44-inch 1080p AMOLED display, which this time does not bend sideways, has what every smartphone today is using as a reason to attract new buyers: the 90Hz display. The resolution is 2400×1080 pixels.

On the back are four cameras: 48-megapixel main, 8-megapixel super wide-angle, 2-megapixel macro and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It has the same Sony IMX586 sensor as the OnePlus 8. On the front are two selfie cameras: a 32-megapixel and a super wide-angle 107-degree 8-megapixel. The question is what impact will the less powerful Snapdragon 765G processor has on the camera performance.

In recent years of software development has yielded tremendous results in photographic quality. With this sensor, OnePlus has a long experience since OnePlus 7 and has already refined it in terms of software.

The 90Hz display makes using the phone a stand-alone experience in addition to the bezels which have been reduced as never before.

The 4,115 mAh battery should provide a full day of use and thanks to the 5G integration in the Snapdragon 765G the lifetime impact from the processor will be smaller than that in the OnePlus 8 which has a separate 5G modem. OnePlus Nod weighs 184 grams and is available in blue and black colors, while there is a fingerprint scanner on the screen.

OnePlus Nord Prices and Availability

Nord will go on sale in Europe on August 4 with a base price of 399 euros for the 8GB RAM model and 128GB memory. The model 12GB RAM and 256GB memory will cost 499 euros. At the moment the main focus is on Europe and India.

The Dangerous Mix Between Corrupt Governments and Religion

What is more dangerous in a country, having a country run by a corrupt government, or having a series of religious persecution events in the country? In fact, having a mixture of both is something that makes a country the place where survival becomes impossible.

When you talk about such a situation, currently, there are a number of countries that are actually practicing such a situation. Among these many countries, one such country that has been there in talks always is North Korea. The country is at mercy due to the political and religious trauma that the citizens are right now. It is still a wait-and-watch show of whether any action can be taken against the country to save the people trying to survive there.

What happens when there is a dangerous mix between corrupt governments and religion? Here are some of the things that can be understood.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Expenditure on the wrong motives

One of the most dangerous things of having corrupt governments is that the citizens are denied proper facilities and basic requirements. The Government authorities in such a situation do not pay attention to the development of the nation, rather they look out ways to fill in their treasures with the money earned from the citizen in terms of taxes.

Over this, if the angle of religion is added, this becomes an even dangerous combination. The Government will start investing money on religious events and activities on one particular stratum, the strata in which the Government belongs too. Most commonly, the Government authorities will be from a stratum that is a majority in the country. In such a situation, the money will be invested in developing religious houses of one religion and others will be denied basic rights. Such a situation actually makes survival much difficult.

Loss of Freedom

Corrupt governments can bring disaster on the country but when religious persecution is also added to it, it brings disaster on the citizens of the country too. Again one of the finest examples here is that of North Korea where the supreme ruler of the country Kim Jong-un has taken up the freedom of the citizens. In this country, no one is free to practice their individual religious beliefs and all they have to do is to pray Kim.

The rules of this country are so much harsh that thinking of taking a trip to this country will give you nightmares. The citizens cannot laugh at their own will and it is mandatory to cry when someone in the royal family dies. Similar to this, there are many more such absurd rules in this country that has to be followed other the punishments are even weirder such as execution and punishing the next three generations of the person.

Loss of Control over Mob

One of the countries that suits in this point is Egypt. The ratio of Christians in this Muslim country is just 11%. Though the country officials have always stated that Egypt maintains a religious harmony, there have been a number of incidents that take place tormenting the minorities of the country. While the Muslims of the country enjoy respect towards their religious beliefs, the Christians have to face a hard time even while praying at the church.

There have been incidents where mobs enter the church and disturb the peace there or harass the Christians in general places. Their local police authorities take actions against such crimes from time to time but there have been no such strict verdict or rules conducted from the Government to stop such events.

Religion is known to be something that helps an individual in learning the right way to live life. But when people start misusing religion, this becomes a problem not just for the community but at times for the whole country. In such a situation, when the Government is also corrupt and biased, this leads to even more complications and a pity situation for the people from other communities or religions.

Corrupt governments and misuse of religion together is actually dangerous not just for the citizens but also for the economic and overall growth of the country. There are already a few examples in the world of the same and it can be just hoped that there are no more additions to this list in the future.
