Google announced that Gmail would provide support for scheduling e-mail in April 2019, but the feature is only available today.
Previously, you had to use third-party appendices to complete this process. Fortunately, the new Gmail function is very easy to use.
But How to Schedule an message on Gmail?
To schedule a message from Gmail on the desktop, follow these steps:
- Create a new e-mail
- Click the three-angular button next to the blue “Send” button
- Choose a schedule you want
- Click “Schedule send.”
The process is completely similar to Gmail on mobile platforms. But instead of clicking the “Send” button while writing an e-mail, you need to click the three vertical drops in the top right corner of the screen.
A new window will open right where you can set the time you want to send it. Finding scheduled e-mails and canceling them is easy. A new “Scheduled” fold will appear in destop and mobile.
Just click on a message in the relevant folder and click “Cancel send.”
