Porsche unveiled the Taycan 4S this Monday, the third version of the fully electric car.
4S will offer a more battery-powered option and is similar to the flagship model unveiled in September.
Inside the car is the same Taycan model chassis and suspension. But this version is lighter, cheaper and slower than the high-end models introduced just 7 weeks ago.
Porsche itself has confirmed that it will sell some versions of the car. In September the German manufacturer showed the first look of the Taycan Turbo S and Taycan Turbo at a base price of $185,000 and $150,000.
While the 4S is $80,000 cheaper. It comes with two 79.2 kWh battery models and is priced at $104,000 and 429 horsepower.
While the second performance model costs $110 thousand with 93.4kWh battery and 563 horsepower.
Both Taycans accelerates from 0-100km/h in 3.8 seconds. But not measured with the Turbo S which has 616 horsepower and 0-100km/h in 2.6 seconds. Porsche did not provide information on the distances the new model can make with fully battery.
