The first 1TB microSD cards are finally a reality

The rapid growth of memory capacity is progressing with another step especially today with the introduction of the first 1TB microSD cards.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

In fact they have been introduced for a long time but today are a reality. Both Micron and SanDisk both brought UHS-i microSDXC products to the World Mobile Congress, a good news for the one who wants 1TB plus memory in the Galaxy S10 Plus in addition to the 1TB that owns the smartphone.

SanDisk cards has the advantage of performance at 160MB/s reading speed versus 100MB/s of Micron. The Micron card has the highest write speed of 100MB/s in front of SanDisk with 95MB/s.

The SanDisk cards will be available in April for $449, while the $512GB falls to $ 199.

The price for the Micron card has not been announced but will be sold in the second trimester of the year.

DxOMark: The Galaxy S10+ has the best front camera ever

The smartphone was introduced just two days ago, but the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is already gaining high points for the power of photography by DxOMark, the industry standard for all things related to camera phones.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Last month, DxOMark announced a new test for selfie cameras designed to tell you which phone is the best for the front camera.

Well, the Galaxy S10 Plus, with dual selfie sensors and the second RGB depth camera, has already gained this distinction, gaining a total score of 96 on the Selfie scale of DxOMark.

Citing “nice skin tones, balancing the whiteness and rendering of the render”, the review also evaluates the “selfie camera details” in bright light at all shooting distances.

Obviously, not everything scored a lot of points – DxOMark notes that the depth of the camera’s field can result in “low light color” images.

Apple to use 5nm processors for 2020 iPhones

About a week ago, we heard reports that the A13 processor destined for this year’s iPhone will continue to be produced in the same 7 nanometer size as the A12. Digitimes notes today that for the iPhone 2020, we will see another miniaturization step.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The site says TSMC is expected to secure the first 5 nanometers from Apple next year.Fabrication size is not directly related to performance, but smaller blanks between transistors generally mean better power efficiency and space for more transistors on the same surface, resulting in performance gains.

Apple made a great deal over the past year about the A12, as the company was the first to ship 7nm processors.

The A12X chip of the iPad and A12 of the iPhone exceeds competition in the calculation standards. Last year’s iPhone continues to compete with Android‘s modern platforms, at least in terms of synthetic comparison points

Galaxy S10 5G: Everything You Need to Know

The fourth member of the new Galaxy S10 family will be the later, but the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G promises to bring some special talents. This will be the first Galaxy S series phone to support 5G networks.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The 5G Part comes from the Qualcomm Snapdragon X50 modem, but in addition to the larger data speeds, it has to be more or less the same as on other S10 devices.

This includes features like Wireless PowerShare, 4K Ultra HD video recording with HDR10 + support and the latest Samsung One UI interface.

In many ways, the Galaxy S10 5G is the same smartphone as the rest of the S10 line. Uses the Snapdragon 855 processor, has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and an Infinity-O screen without any frame.

However, it is the largest of the four: with a 6.7-inch screen, it is a device approximately the same size as the Galaxy Note 9.

This does not mean that there are no differences. What distinguishes most is a very large battery, bringing a capacity of 4,500 mAh, with the assumption that 5G will be hungry for power.

The company announced today that it has joined a number of telephone network operators in several countries including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Britain to bring the Galaxy S10 5G model to Europe in June.

Price details remain unavailable at this time, but phones will be supported by Deutsche Telekom, EE, Orange, Sunrise, Swisscom, Vodafone, TIM and Telefonica.

South Korea’s technology giant first confirmed in August last year that it was already working with telephone carriers and partners around the world to incorporate the 5G modem, the Exynos Modem 5100, into targeted devices.

Samsung Galaxy Fold – All about first Samsung foldable phone

So not just S10, S10e, S10 Plus and S10 5G: the era of folding equipment officially begins. But how much does Galaxy Fold cost? Let’s find out first the technical file and then the price.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Samsung Galaxy Fold Heart is Infinity Flex Display 7.3″ (Dynamic AMOLED), capable of closing itself and turning into a compact and easily portable device. Once opened, lets you better appreciate multimedia content, play games, or consult the web.

It is “a new category of equipment,” as determined by Chairman and CEO DJ Koh. “We created Galaxy Fold for those who want to prove what a premium folding device can do, beyond the limits of a traditional smartphone,” he added.

12GB of RAM, six cameras (three on the back, 2 inside and 1 on the cover), 2 batteries, AKG stereo, Bixby: these are some of the advanced specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Fold, the full technical features found below.

SAMSUNG GALAXY FOLD – SPEC

  • The Android 9 Pie operating system
  • Internal display: 7.3 “QXGA + Dynamic AMOLED (4.2: 3)
  • External display: 4.6 “HD + Super AMOLED (21: 9)
  • 64-bit octa-core processor made with 7nm process (S855)
  • 12GB RAM LPDDR4x
  • 512GB internal memory UFS3.0
  • 4380mAh fast charging (also wireless) battery/charging cable compatible with fast loading speed 2.0 and AFC/Wireless charging in accordance with WPC and PMA

Samsung illustrates the main aspects in which it has worked to realize this innovative product category:

The internal display is the thin half of any other smartphone display: it is made of a new material that allows the panel to be flexible and at the same time extremely durable, “designed to last”.

The opening mechanism is a natural, “like a book” consisting of a (hidden) pendant with multiple gears that allow the device to close “with a pleasant click”.

Galaxy Fold – Innovations

The fingerprint sensor is on the side of the handset, exactly where you place your finger to hold the smartphone, while the weight is balanced by two separate batteries (which can simultaneously charge a second device via PowerShare wireless) and a ” justified distribution “from internal components.

Samsung Galaxy Fold is based on a custom interface (developed in conjunction with Google) to provide maximum experience, with the ability to open up to 3 applications at the same time and have a continuity in transactions between the external display and the interior. In addition, it is always possible for the device to connect to a PC via Samsung DeX. But how much does Galaxy Fold cost?
