The Golf R comes with a refreshed look, four active wheels and super motor power
The Volkwagen Golf R was spied on during testing in Nurburgring, Germany. Looking at the GTI, the GTE of the GTD, even the R model comes with almost the same design, the only difference being the LED lights from the front.
According to reports, VW wanted to use the RS3 Sportback’s 2.5-liter turbo engine, but Audi did not allow the use of their iconic engine. This has left the Golf R with its old 2.0-liter but up-to-date engine, which now produces close to 330 horsepower.
VW has already confirmed that it will introduce the new Golf R this year, but due to the coronavirus, which has invaded the world, it is not known when it will be launched.
