Samsung Notebook 7 and Force Notebook 7 Laptops Revealed

The company has recently announced a couple of new laptops that are part of its Notebook series that some are calling the MacBook Pro alternative.

This is mainly due to the design of laptops, which some believe to be like the MacBook Pro, but leaving that aside, these laptops come with some pretty good specifications that may be of interest to some.

New laptops include Notebook 7 and Force Notebook 7.

Beginning with the first, the Notebook 7 will be offered in 13-inch and 15-inch versions, where both will offer Full HD resolutions. Notebook 7 will also use Intel Core 8th gen processors, and will support up to 16GB of RAM.

One of the main differences between the two laptops despite their screen size is their support, with 13 inches having up to 512GB of storage, while the 15 inches will come with an additional expandable SSD space.

As for the Notebook 7 Force, it will be a bit more powerful variant that comes with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU and will support up to 24GB of RAM.

Force also supports the largest slots of 1 HDD and 1 SSD slots.

As far as pricing is concerned, the Notebook 7 line will have a price ranging from $999.99 and will be available on July 26, while Notebook 7 Force will cost $1,499.

Redmi has officially announced the first K-series Redmi smartphones through an unveiled event in China. The Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro are first full-screen smartphones from the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi.

The Redmi K20 is powered by the Snapdragon 730, while the Snapdragon 855 chipset is present under the K20 Pro cap.

The Redmi K20 and K20 Pro phones come with the same design. Redmi K20 and K20 Pro smartphone pre-sales starts today at 6pm (local time) in China. The sale of Redmi K20 will start on June 1st at 10 am and K20 Pro will launch on June 10th. There is no word about the international availability of the Redmi K20 series. Rumors confirm that these cell phones will come to Europe as well.

Dell XPS 13 2-in1 and XPS 15 Revealed at Computex

The company has introduced XPS 13 2-in-1 that will have two screens as well as the new version of Dell XPS 15.

The 13-inch hybrid that is a combination of laptop and tablet has many changes compared to its predecessor, while the main changes are camera placement from the bottom, at the top of the screen.

The laptop with 16:10 touchscreen laptop has seven percent more screen space, while it can be configured with UHD+ or HDR400 certified Dolby Vizion.

The touch sensitive command area has expanded by 18 percent, while there are improvements to some technical details. Despite these changes Dell has managed to expand it by seven percent, compared to the previous generation.

Within XPS 13 will be Intel’s tenth-generation Core processor, expected to make it 2.5 times faster.

Both these Dell laptops, which can be configured up to 64MB, come out in June, with a $999 starting price.

Asus unveiled the world’s first 240Hz Monitor, ROG Strix XG17

Asus was among the first companies to launch the USB-C monitor and is already the first with two unique designs. The first is the ZenScreen Touch, a 15.6-inch 1080p touch screen designed to connect to smartphones and laptops. Its main use is for productivity-focused, complex applications.

The ZenScreen Touch has 7,800 mAh battery and comes with a folding protective case that keeps the screen orientated vertically.

The ROG Strix XG17 is another portable 1080p monitor but has focused on something else, gaming fans. It is the world’s first 240Hz-wide monitor and has a 17.3-inch IPS panel.

The monitor also comes with two USB-C, Micro DMI and 7,800 mAh battery for 3 hours battery life at 240Hz. The battery lives mostly at lower refresh rates.

It will serve competitive players in games like League of Legends or CS: GO which can be played at high frequency.

There is no information about price or availability, whereas for the first, ZenScreen Touch is expected next month.

HP Introduced Envy Wood Laptops Partially Made of Wood

After a successful leather experiment, HP has decided that laptops made of natural materials should be sent to another level with Envy Wood series.

New Envy 13, Envy 17, Envy x360 and 15-inch Envy x360 laptops are made of wood. In fact they are not manufactured by craftsmen but come with a kind of wood produced specifically for this purpose.

HP says wood models vary between laptops. Below find some of their photos.

Leaving the wood aside, are almost the same laptops as the metal predecessors. HP mentions just a few details as Intel Core processors and the second generation of Ryzen with Vega graphics.

The Envy Wood line will be available for sale on Autumn, when the leaves begin to fall. The prize will be announced next to the debut.

New details about the iPhone of the next year are revealed

Taking a leak from the financial giant Barclays, MacRumors reveals that Apple will bring Touch IDs to their 2020 iPhone.

And, in the typical style of Apple, it will be delayed in the screen reader for this year, but will bring a technological step beyond anything we’ve experienced so far, next year.

Barclays points out that the big difference is that Apple has developed a method to make the Touch ID sensor fill the entire screen.

That means you will be able to unlock this new iPhone by setting your fingerprints anywhere on the screen.

This is a big step forward because readers on screen, unlike their physical predecessors, have no limitations to guide your fingertips and their small detection areas make them less intuitive to use.

Moreover, we should not be surprised at this discovery. Since December, Apple has submitted not less than five patents for the Touch ID screen.

In addition, Barclays points out that Apple’s iPhone 2020 will come with 5G and a new 3D rendering system of rear-facing cameras expected on iPhone 11, but missed the chance.

Barclays adds that the entire 2020 iPhone will have OLED screens.
